Each Aurora piece is handcrafted, and natural variation in wood grain and tone is part of its character and not a defect.
Damaged or defective items
- Report damage in transit or a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, with photos and an unboxing video.
- We will arrange a free pick-up and send a replacement or issue a full refund once the item is inspected.
Change of mind
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer and the refund excludes original delivery charges. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless defective.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Prepaid orders are refunded in full.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (online payments) or by bank transfer/UPI (COD orders). Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
