Dispatch & delivery times
- In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.
- Guwahati: 1–3 days after dispatch. North East India: 3–6 days. Rest of India: 5–10 days.
- Made-to-order or custom finishes: timelines are confirmed with you before production.

Cash on Delivery
COD is available for eligible orders and PIN codes. We may call to confirm COD orders before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Tracking details are shared once your order ships. Every piece is packed with care and shipped insured. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
